Work Hour : 8.45am to 6.20pm
Pre-requisite : Fire Safety Manager Certificate, Minimum in Building Service or equivalent.
Experience : 3 years
Main Duties
• Lead and supervise an Assistant Building Engineer and a team of senior technician/technicians to ensure that its M&E maintenance section is running smoothly to provide technical support on daily operations of the 3 complexes in accordance with the required standards of the Club.
• Conduct daily inspections, give recommendations and training to maintenance team to maintain and carry out preventive maintenance for M&E installations, sanitary and plumbing services, telephone systems, PA systems, IU car park systems, NETs system, air-conditioning systems, pools/filtration/steamer/jacuzzi systems, audio/video equipment, CCTV security/sprinkler system/fire fighting equipment are maintained efficiently at all times.
• Oversee performance of works carried out by term contractors, renovation and project contractors are complied with the job specifications and requirements by the Club.
• Ensure that the Club premises and building facilities are properly maintained, structurally sound and in terms of general repairs and safety of systems/services to meet the statutory requirements.
• Responsible for repairs and maintenance of mechanical and electrical works and installations of the Club, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, pumps, piping, utilities and air-conditioning systems are carried out properly and swiftly upon breakdown.
• Monitor and analyse monthly usage of the utilities and give recommendation to reduce energy consumption to save operation costs.
• Source and purchase spares for replacing and servicing of M&E installations, Plumbing & Sanitary, building facilities and services.
• Plan and recommend annual operating and maintenance budgets for your M&E section, including revenue for car park operations.
• Act as a fire safety manager for the Club and conduct annual fire drills, safety committee meetings and related fire safety issues in compliance to FSB requirements.
• Develop and implement a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for your own section as directed by the Head of Department.
